I'm Fiona
About me
I specialise in person-centred therapy but take an integrative approach to ensure each session is tailored to your unique needs. With a Level 7 qualification in Counselling and Psychotherapy and currently working towards my Master’s, I combine professional expertise with a deeply empathetic approach.
My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own personal experience with counselling. Having felt the transformative benefits of therapy firsthand, I was inspired to help others in the same way. I offer a relatable and down-to-earth approach, providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Where needed, I also incorporate practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. My goal is to support you in a way that feels right for you, ensuring you feel heard, valued, and empowered every step of the way.
